Windows 11 Why is my computer having these performance issues?

For a few months now I've started having issues with my computer pop up and was wondering why it would be. I have upgraded from Windows 10 to 11 and run a malware scan with no results. First my computer will randomly blue screen or freeze maybe 2-3 times a week. I also have had propblems with all devices connected to my computer (both bluetooth and wired) randomly disconnect then reconnect after about 5 seconds (mouse, monitors, keyboard, controllers, headphones etc) and happens at least 5 times a week. And now I've been having issues with media players randomly freezing and forcing me to rest
