Windows 11 Why is my computer slowing down after the Windows 11 update?

I recently upgraded my PCs CPU and GPU to Ryzen 5 5600x and a Radeon RX 6600 card and after I did the install I formatted my hard drive and updated to get windows 11. Since then I have been getting less frames than before the format and update and theres been many glitches in my PCs performance in general. Everything is up to date and I have installed windows 11 versions of all my drivers. Is this just a Windows 11 issue? I’m not sure what else to do as my computer knowledge is pretty limited to Youtube videos.
