Windows 10 Why is my cursor performing so badly when playing games now that I have 2 screens?

So, recently, I have purchased a new Dell P2723D 2560x1440 monitor to accompany the Dell P2419H 1920x1080 monitor I've already had for a number of years. I've also purchased a new docking station, connected both my monitors into that and then connected the docking station to my PC, which I got at the same time I got the older monitor and have not upgraded at all since. I have changed nothing else about my setup in the transition from one monitor to two.However, performance has gone downhill dramatically since getting my second monitor, especially with regard to my cursor, which seems to have a
