Windows 10 why is my D Drive showing that I'm using storage even though I'm not

look my D Drive showing that I'm using storage when I'm not using any the problem is that when I show hidden files nothing shows up so Idk what to do.the partition is completely empty yet it reads that it has 11 gb used and the problem is that I can't format it because it says that it's used in another program and it's not at all.
