Windows 10 Why is my downloads foler not available and why is it not listed in my profile (Windows 10 C:\Users\iamgr)

I have tried cmd scannow. I have tried another file scan (can't remember what). I can access downloads via the browser. Help!Sorry if there are duplicate images. Having trouble with the upload feature.
