Windows 11 Why is my ethernet only letting some websites run?

So, for about 3 months my ethernet was working fine and there was nothing wrong with it. Recently Most websites and games that I have on my computer wouldnt work with ethernet such as all my games, spotify, discord, etc. Things like youtube and instagram work but I don't know what happened. Ive tried switching back to internet but for some reason I only have 1 bar of wifi and it is really slow. If anyone can help me with the ethernet or help me with the internet That would be helpful.
