Windows 11 Why is My feed in Windows 11 in Dutch when the selected language is English and the regional format is English (Belgium) and how I can change that?

I am running Windows 11 and My feed is in Dutch (news, weather, etc.). How can I change this to English?Windows display language is set to English (United States). No other language installed...Country or region is Belgium and Regional format is English (Belgium).PS: In Belgium the official languages are Dutch, French and German. Why Dutch and not French? :).Thank you!
