Windows 11 Why is my Fortnite running low even though I got a good pc

I have a really good pc but my Fortnite frames are low still my cpu is barely effected by Fortnite and I have 16 gigs of ram but my fps is still not good what’s causing this? Also my cpu is an Intel i core 7
