Windows 11 Why is my free 3-month gaming pass not showing up in my account after my laptop's motherboard was replaced?

I recently purchased a new laptop which included a free 3 month gaming pass. Due to some issues with my system, the motherboard had to be replaced. Since the replacement, the gaming pass no longer appears in my account. How can I resolve this issue and regain access to my gaming pass benefits?
