I've tried numbers of test to find out what's the problem with my GPU. I've ran faulty tests to see if the GPU is defected and I have yet to fully find out the answer. If none of the solutions provided from the people below work then its safe to say it is faulty.Heres the specs for my pc

I've used device manager and manually updated the driver and most of the time I got the message saying its already at its peak
