Windows 11 Why is my laptop crashing when watching Youtube videos?

It does not happen all the time but every time it happens, it is always when I resume a video I am watching, a few seconds later and my laptop will freeze and the audio will glitch until it reboots by itself.It happened just now when I was watching a video, an ad showed up, I skipped it, and then my computer crashed.
