Windows 11 Why is my laptop not shutting down after using with wireless controller?

I use my Cosmic Byte Ares wireless controller with my MSI laptop, but after using it gets stuck on the shut down screen leaving me to forcibly shut down my laptop. When I don't connect my controller, laptop behaves totally fine. I need help with this issue.
