Whenever I turn on the laptop instead of the normal boot screen to DELL it just goes to changing colors, it goes white then red then green then blue then black and repeats that some more times until it gets to red, if the charger is plugged in it will turn off after the colors display and automatically turn back on. If the charger is out then it will just turn off without turning back on (I can still turn it on manually) this happened to me one time this same day but I unplugged everything and it worked but this time when I unplug everything it didn’t work so now my laptop is unusable so pleas
