My laptop has a Processor of Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8250U CPU @ 1.60GHz, 1800 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s) and 8gb of Ram. It has been for years but I have only used it for 3 years. Though from the last year to now, my laptop is running incredibly slow at startup and normal daily runs. The RAM is kept continuously using 45% when I only open 4 tabs on google. I have turned off all the special background features on google as well as all the unnecessary animation in my pc. I have degraded it from window 11 to window 10 but it's still as slow as normal.
