Windows 11 why is my pc internet speed only 30 Mbps whereas my mobile phone interent speed is about 112 Mbps using windows 11

The internet speed on my PC is about 30 Mbps compared to 112 Mbps on my mobile phone. I have tried some of the suggestions given in earlier discussions including scanning my Pc for any issues. It has not improved at all. Has anyone any suggestions?
