Windows 10 Why is my PC running so slow out of no where?

I have been using this pc perfectly fine for quite a bit and then I go and play steam vr with some friends and after the fact, my entire pc is so slow it sometimes takes 1-5 seconds for my pc to select something that I clicked or typed. I already checked task manager, restarted my pc 4 times, and did a virus scan. Nothing is out of the ordinary, it’s just my pc is slow. I checked BIOS and my cpu is running 3.7 ghz and 50°C so there is nothing wrong there. Task manager displays only 5% use of cpu and 8% use of memory.
