Windows 11 Why is my pc showing me a white screen even I couldn't signed into the id?

Yesterday I updated an old update of Windows 11. Today morning I powered up my pc, A glitch shown up and not even signed in, a white screen was filled up my monitor. I unplugged the graphics card and again fixed and rebooted the system but no changes and I rebooted the system almost 20 times. I didn't get any clues or ideas from the internet for this error.
