Windows 11 Why is my pc taking so long to start after I enter the pin

After I enter the pin to get into my pc it’s takes me to a black screen and I can still see and move my cursor then after 9 to 10 minutes it finally starts up and puts me on the desktop screen does anybody know the reason it takes so long I’m on windows 11
