Windows 11 Why is my pc turning off 15 seconds after I click shutdown

My pc will actually show "shutting down" around 15 seconds after I either click the power button on the desktop itself or in windows. Then once the monitors have gone blank my pc is still running with out any display for around a minute and then finally turns off. mind that this is not an old computer and has newish hardware I built this last year and have had no problems since.
