Windows 11 Why is my screen so pixley and blurry

I just got my windows 11 pc, it works fine and everything but, my screen and text is blurry and looks old and has like this white outline, I've tried literally everything and its the same. even worse when i take a screenshot from my computer itself its looks completely fine with no blur or pixels.--- pixel screen/how it looks-- pic taken from the computer itself -- i can play on my ps4 with no blur so it isn't my monitor. Someone help please- Matthew
