Windows 11 Why is my windows corrupted?

This all started with often blue screens while using my pc. It then led to games crashing randomly and even more blue screens. After doing a /scannow it told me that some files were corrupted but not fixed. This then led to my valorant crashing with this message- “A D3D11-compatible GPU (Feature Level 11.0, Shader Model 5.0) is required to run the engine.” I fixed this by reinstalling all graphics drivers and never had it happen again but still had random crashes. After trying to repair it, I ultimately decided to just buy a BRAND NEW SSD and perform an install using a thumb drive. During the
