I've been trying to access Paint 3D to be met with a black canvas and no art work loading in. I've tried all suggested fixes and nothing has seemed to work. these include checking for updates, resetting the app through settings and even uninstalling the app and redownloading the app; none the listed have resolved the issue. I know I'm not the only laptop user having issues with this issue as back on the 7th February a user by the name: BhaweshGelot raised the same issue with nothing working to fix the issue and exactly one year later the issue is still apparent with this app.My laptops current
