Windows 11 Why is so difficult to find UNDO in Windows FILE explorer???? Windows 11 Explorer is aweful

I have upgraded to Windows 11 and must say that the new Windows File Explorer UI is aweful. I cant find anything. Everything is hidden. My file and folder structure is completly messed up and I have duplicate folders for Documents, Photos, Videos aso. My Pinned items behaviour completly differently now, I cannot find them. When I find them and click on one of my pinned folders, it moves to the bottom of the tree and collapses the regular file structure instead of opening the folder in the pinned section.
