Windows 11 why is the option -show taskbar on all displays- completely gone from settings in windows 11 ?

why is the option -show taskbar on all displays- completely gone from settings in windows 11 ? i have - freshly installed windows 11 multiple times-tried 3rd party sofware like linkbar but i actually just need the good ol 2 taskbars
