Windows 10 Why is the video file size way bigger than the actual size, and why are they unplayable?

I tried to move some of my old videos to my laptop from my android phone via the type c cable. And it was a kind of damaged one, so it disconnected during the transfer. Some of the videos ended up okay, but I think a few got corrupted. (Yes, I know those were some rookie mistakes.) Now, those video files show 125 GB in size, but the size on disk is 60 KB. My drive doesn't have that much space, so yeah, that ain't right. I can't open the files. However, I can move them to other storage devices. However, size stays the same, so 3 files fill up a 32 GB flash drive. Are there any solutions to solv
