Windows 11 Why is the Windows 11 update 22H2 terrible?

I've updated to the latest version 5 times and the same thing happens. I get a blue screen after about 3 hours and I have to uninstall the update to get my computer to load windows. Why is Microsoft continuing to play with programs that are functional. Leave them alone. There's an old-time adage that states, " If it's not broke don't try to fix it"!!!!
