Windows 11 Why is there a connection to http://trouter-azsc-ukwe-0-a.trouter.skype.com/?

I reguiarly control my network, looking for odd things in output anbd event logs.I recently found this entry: Log Name: System Source: Microsoft-Windows-DNS-Client Date: 4/8/2023 11:33:46 PM Event ID: 1014 Task Category: (1014) Level: Warning Keywords: (268435456)...
