Windows 10 Why is there no toggle Bluetooth autoconnect in Windows 10 or 11?

Everyone is asking how to achieve a state where a specified device will no longer auto-connect to a Windows computer's Bluetooth without turning Bluetooth off or completely disconnecting it (requiring you to go through the connection process again instead of just clicking a connect button)So why? Why is it not an option? I've wanted this as an option for years and so has plenty of other people and still nothing
