Windows 10 Why is Windows 10 asking to update my system for a THIRD TIME in less than a month? Is there a way to tell if this is legit and not some malware?

I thought Windows updates were only rolled out about once a month, but today Windows 10 is requesting to update my system for a third time in less than a month (last update was just last week)? Is this legit or can this be caused by malware and how can I tell the difference? Thanks for any advice ;?)
