I thought I was being smart in making the move from Windows 10 to 11, but performance issues have plagued me enough to wish I hadn't done so. I've looked at the community posts and it seems the snag in opening Explorer in Windows 11 has been an issue since its launch. Though some of the posts aren't so recent with this problem, almost every colleague that has moved to Windows 11 has this problem, so I don't believe it's isolated.
