Windows 11 Why is Windows sending me a notification to turn on virus protection when it is already on?

I use the 64-bit Home edition of Windows 11 and I just got a notification to turn on virus protection. I only use Microsoft Defender and I checked to see if it was on by typing "Get-MpComputerStatus" without quotes in the Powershell and where it says "AMRunningMode" it shows normal, which according to this site says that it's running in active mode: Microsoft Defender Antivirus in Windows Overview - Microsoft Defender for Endpoint. So why am I getting a notification to turn it on when it is already on? Is this because I am only using Microsoft Defender and not a 3rd party ant
