Hi everyone. This is my first post here. I'm building my first Win10 system and I’m encountering a number of problems. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Motherboard: MSI Z390-A PRO LGA1151 (Intel 8th and 9th Gen) M.2 USB 3.1 Gen 2 DDR4 HDMI DP CFX Dual Gigabit LAN ATX
CPU: Intel Core i7-9700K
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3200MHz C16
Power Supply: Corsair CX Series 750 Watt 80 Plus Bronze Certified
GPU: EVGA GeForce RTX 2070, 8GB GDDR6
SSD: Samsung SSD 860 EVO 1TB 2.5 Inch SATA III Internal SSD
HDD: Seagate BarraCuda 2TB Internal Hard Drive HDD – 3.5 Inch SATA 6Gb/s 7200 RPM 256MB Cache
OS: Win10 Home (x64)
Build is complete. Motherboard is flashed to newest version. Win10 is installed.
Between 10 and 30 seconds of logging in to Windows, computer spontaneously shuts down and restarts. No BSOD. No mobo diagnostic lights. No error logs. System appears stable in BIOS and safe mode.

Things I’ve tried that still result in crashes:
- Ran system with GPU disconnected via VGA cable from mobo
- Disconnected HDD, leaving SSD as only drive, installed Win10 on SSD
- Disconnected SSD, leaving HDD as only drive, installed Win10 on HDD
- Second attempt at fresh install of Windows on both drives
- Reseated the RAM, including trying one stick at a time and trying slots 1 and 3 instead of 2 and 4
