Hey all, My second monitor is not cooperating with me since updating to the latest Windows 10. I don't think I can revert to a previous version though, because after the update settings and a bunch of other functionality broke and there was no way forward except to factory reset the computer. So I did, and that seems to have only complicated matters. Some background: I've had this computer for 3 years now, and it's never given me this problem. I'm using two Sceptre F24 monitors on a mount, each of which is receiving from an HDMI. The graphics card I'm using, the Radeon R9 290, only has one H
