Windows 11 Why MS Store says incorrect credit card credentials even though I entered my credit card credentials correctly?

So this is my first time buying an game from Microsoft Store, I want to buy game Minecraft from Microsoft Store, and I was adding my credit card, and then it says incorrect card number....Then I borrowed my dad's credit card and it says invalid CVV code...I double checked and entered it again and then the error shows incorrect card number and loops....(doesn't include a screenshot. If you need it to take a look at the error, tell me.)
