Windows 10 why my Media Creation tool Failing ?

HiI am trying to make a bootable USB for future in case if something happens to my OS or it gets corrupted..I downloaded the media creation tool 22_H2 from Microsoft website and ran it but every time it keeps showing me "There was problem running this tool"at first i thought maybe because my USB was on NTFS file so 2nd time i formatted it to exFat (default) and tried to all these again..But same message showing up.. What should i do now ? btw I reinstalled windows from my service shop couple days ago because my window did got corrupted after 3 years of using.. so i am trying to make my own USB
