Windows 11 Why my pc is not waking up even after using setwaitable timer in c# win11?

I want to wake up pc up and turn on my display(to show the application running before sleep to user) from sleep mode. But after sleeping of PC my PC is not turning on neither my display is turning on although I use setwaitable timer and created a createwaitable timer object in C# wpf. I have tried every method(enable wakeup timer in power options. Run application in admin mode. But then also my PC only turn on when it is connected to Power. Pls help me to make a wake up PC mechanism in c# wpf to turn on the PC from sleep mode and turn on display automatically.
