Windows 10 Why some (greek) characters inside txt files are "hieroglyphs"?

Hi,Does One Drive changing the characters in txt file? How can i change that? I want to change from "hieroglyphs" to greek . Why is this happening?I have noticed in some txt files where they are normal Greek characters it shows "hieroglyphs" only in the Windows (10) OneDrive folder and in the online version (web). I have tried to change font and encoding but nothing changed. Is this happening for some reason, is it a bug in OneDrive, is it depending on the version of windows, or is OneDrive simply unable to handle Greek characters?When I try from the web version of OneDrive to open a txt file
