We plan to produce some laptops based on Snapdragon(TM) 8cx Gen 3 and Windows 11 Home version 22H2, build 22621, but ultimately we found some missing setting. Especially the Windows Studio effects. As show in the following image. The Eye contact and Background effects are disabled. I asked this question before(click this link can find it) and a friend told me it was a camera issue, but we analyzed cameras from similar products, which are also regular cameras, but they have these settings. So what's the matter with it. What else do we need to do?
