Split from this thread. why still my windows is notworkingI have purchased 1windows 7 ultimate product wide Microsoft order No. 6002413902 dated 30th January 2013. I didn't get the CD and ultimately couldn't install the same product. My computer engineer contacted Microsoft and said to have activated. But I was facing several bugs and virus threats. Can I activate the windows 7 ultimate withe product key as purchased and upgrade it to windows 10 genuinely.why still my windows is not genuine
