Windows 11 Why the windows search and clipboard menu is blank?

I recently downloaded a cumulative update and after that the search window and clipboard window are not working properly. There is nothing showing in the clipboard window and the search window also closes automatically after opening. I searched for the solutions and updated my system, ran "sfc/scannow", restarted windows explorer, cleared cache files, but it is still not fixed. Maybe I have done something wrong with the group policies. Please help!ScreenshotsCLIPBOARD (Windows key + V)
