Windows 11 Why there are multiple ethernet adapters showing? Network number changing to next number everytime i connect the same device.

As you see the screenshot why my Ethernet 2 connection showing as Network 31. What happened to all 1-30 networks. How can i reset this to 1 as i am using only one connection here. Everytime I connect, this number is changing to next number but i am connecting the same device multiple times. Here I am using USB tethering with my oneplus 11R device.
