Windows 11 Why Unistalled Apps Can't Decrease Memory Disk

Hello can anyone help me? I have uninstalled several applications on my laptop but the storage doesn't decrease. I checked it on Treesize, and it's still the same. Even if I try to delete it with Treesize, I still can't because SYSTEM as administrator limits it. I'm confused as to why I don't have administrator rights. Even after trying Disk Cleaning it still doesn't change.
