Windows 10 Why was Wifi Analyzer Installed as Part of Windows 10 Update

I had Windows forcibly install a new update last night (12th October 2023). When I checked what other applications have been installed on my machine (without me requesting them) - I can see Wifi Analyzer When I run the application it did nothing. What exactly is this and why was it installed on my machine without my permission ?
