Windows 11 Why windows 11 24h2 showing updates to "optional update section" of my firmware that is same with my latest version that I'm currently using right now

Latest windows 11 24h2 showing firmware update that is already the same with my current version right now. How can I remove this from the optional update and in addition to that question, Why some new feature of the latest 24h2 of windows 11 is not showing up like for example in power settings, there is no option to set power mode when pc is plugged/unplugged? I already update my windows 11 24h2 to its latest cumulative preview which has a name of KB5043178
