first computers did need to have a keyboard to write because back then there was no ability for having a pen, but now the game has been changed and now we can use the ( pen ) to express all of our feelings & thoughts as we can do on papers, but there is still a lack of efficiency for using the surface pen in everything on windows 11 when it comes to handwriting recognition, and here is why >1- it's not supported for many languages, and that is not that hard or impossible to be done many small AI companies can do that so why not Microsoft?2- in the English language the recognition d
