Windows 11 Why windows 11 zooms out and in every time after login

Every time when i walk away from my laptop i logout (WIN+L). After i return and login back, windows zooms out for few seconds and then zooms out back to normal.When it is zoomed out, i can click things, but click works not where i realy clicked based on what i see, but where i would click if it was in normal (100%) zoom level, so quite often i run wrong program or clich wrong button. I can't find any solution online, no matter what i search for it all says about drivers or pressing keys for magnifier, and that has nothing to do with this problem.
