Why Windows is Changing My Volume Based on The Window and Dispay I am On and How to Turn it Off.Like when I am on Browser If the Volume is 100% and When I Switch Over to Notepad the Volume Goes Down to 52%, again If I switch over to another App it's Changing Volume Again.It's More Like Windows is Remembering the Volume I set when I previously Used the App and Changing It Automatically
