Windows 11 Why won’t anything I click on open up?

My computer starts up fine & it lets me sign in, but when I go to click the windows icon to open up the rest of my apps, it doesn’t open. I went to the internet and I had to re sign in to windows, but there was an error. I clicked the apps icon on the main screen and it disappeared. I even went to my documents and it won’t open up anything, without there being an error message. Basically everything I click won’t open up, and if it does, an error message appears.
