using win11 - when I put photos in the photos app, when going back to open them, here's what I get: "looks like we dont support this format"......the pic is a .jpg, so how do I get it to read or change, these pics are priceless!also, there are some with "lock" on them, and it reads: error 0x80071117 - specified file could not be decrypted, you do not have permission......so how do I decrypt these photos? this is a new computer, the pics might have been done on old computer and encrypted. how do I decrypt on the new computer (these photos were backed up to a external disk)thanks
