Windows 10 Why wont the cmd prompt start this command?

So I am in the process of fixing my computer by repairing Windows 10 using SFC with the offline option but whenever I try to run "sfc /scannow /oofbootdir=e:\ /offwindir=C: \Windows" it doesn't work instead it gives me a list of commands that sfc can be used with (as seen below) what can I do to fix this? Am I typing it wrong? Does the command not work for windows 10 for some reason? (I should also note that I can not log into my computer so please don't ask me to go to settings, currently all I can do is access the troubleshoot options and I cant go into safe mode because it blue screens.
